What is Shilpa
An old word for art in stone
Shilpa (शिल्प) is the Sanskrit word for handmade art and craft. The carvers who built Konark and Lingaraj followed the Shilpa Shastra – the science of craft.
Shilpa by Marble Museum brings that tradition into today's homes, offices and gardens: pieces you live with every day, made in stone that lasts for generations.
Every piece is made to your wall, your room, your size.
